Learning Contract  学习合同

Contracts are a very common and important part of a professional work environment. Every designer, engineer, scientist, etc. enter into contracts which stipulate the requirements of each project. As such, you and your group will enter into a learning contract that will outline who will be responsible for different sections of the project’s completion.

合同是专业工作环境中非常常见和重要的一部分。每位设计师、工程师、科学家等都签订合同,规定每个项目的要求。因此,你和你的小组团队也将签订一份学习合同,该合同将概述谁负责项目中的哪一部分。

Bonus & Demerits Points 得分和失分

Points can be earned and lost throughout the project. Quality work and effective collaboration between group members will earn the team points, whereas unsafe or improper practices can cost the entire team points. The entire group will be penalized every time any of the following infractions occurs.

整个项目过程中有得分和失分的情况。如团队成员之间的表现了高质量的工作和有效协作,那么就会得分,而不安全或不当的行为则可能失分。一旦发生下列任何违规行为,整个团队将受到处罚。

Allocation of Workload 工作量分配

For your final assignment you may want to consider one of the following approaches:
关于最终作业可能需要考虑以下几点:

  1. You may want to divide all the work equally amongst all of the group members so that everyone in your group gets a chance to contribute equally towards all of the project requirements.
    建议将所有任务平均分配给小组成员,以便组中的每个人都有机会来完成任务。
  2. Alternatively, you may decide that you want to specialize in a particular area based on your specific skill set. If this is the case you will want to clearly indicate which parts of the projects will be completed by which group member; however, the workload should be equally distributed.
    或者,你可以根据你的特殊才能来决定你想专门做某一任务。如果是这种情况,你需要清楚地指出哪个成员将完成项目的哪个部分;否则,还是平均分配所有任务。

Please use the table on the opposite page to indicate the name of the person that will be responsible for each task in the right-hand column. Please indicate “shared responsibility” if a task will be shared equality among all group members.

请在另一页的表格右栏里明确写出负责该项任务的成员姓名。如果该任务是几个成员一起完成,则需写下所有完成该任务的小组成员。

Amendments 修正

All changes in responsibility must be indicated in this contract. Your group will need to ask the teacher if they can amend their contract when a change in responsibility is made. You will need to indicate the changes that you are making and why your group has decided to make the change(s).

所有有关任务责任人的任何变动都必须在本合同中注明。如有变动需咨询老师是否可以修改之前的合同,并要在新合同里指出进行了什么样的改动及改动的原因。
