To foster cultural and educational advancements that will promote global citizenship and cultural awareness while also promoting pride in the Chinese national identity for both Chinese and expatriates living in China and abroad.

Objectives 目标
- To work with liaisons from the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Chinese Ministry of Education (MoE) to promote Chinese “moral education”.
与中国共产党（CPC）和中国教育部（MoE）合作促进中国的“德育”教育。 - To provide international educators’ access to quality educational materials that are aligned with the central government’s longterm strategic goals for social and economic development.
为国际教育工作者提供符合中央政府社会和经济发展长期战略目标的优质教育材料。 - To work towards eliminating educational barriers that are caused by social and economic disparities.

Our Story 我们的故事
When I first came to China, I thought that this would just be a temporary stop on a much larger journey; however, that all changed. When I first arrived in China I instantly felt welcomed by the local community and I quickly grew to love the Chinese people and the culture. Perhaps what impressed me the most was how strong the bond of family was, how open and friendly the local communities were, and the sense of national unity.
当我初来乍到中国时，我认为这只是我人生旅途中的短暂片刻；然而，一切都发生了变化。当我第一次踏入这片土地时，我被当地人的热情所感动，让我很快地就爱上了中国人民和中国文化。印象深处是那牢不可摧的家庭纽带，是那热情开放的当地居民，是那紧密团结的民族意识。
Over the years I had the privilege of seeing China grow, how the people’s lives continually improve over time, and witnessed first-hand the power of the Chinese dream — and so, the Chinese dream quickly became my dream as well. I will always be eternally grateful for all of the opportunities that China has given to me over the years. Therefore,I felt it was my moral and civic obligation to repay that debt to society. To contribute to the continued advancement of the ‘Chinese dream’ and to work towards creating more opportunities for the next generation.
多年来，我有幸目睹了中国的发展，国民生活的不断改善以及中国梦的实现。所以，中国梦也很快成为了我的梦想。我将永远感谢中国多年来给与我的所有机会。因此，我将尽我所能来为这个社会做一些贡献和付出，为继续推进中国梦而努力，并为下一代创造更多的机会。
And I was not alone. Over the years I have met numerous expatriates who felt the same way as I did. Who fell in love with China and have adopted this great nation as their home. Who like millions of Chinese citizens. The Chinese dream has given us so many opportunities for a better life. And so together with a group of likeminded individuals, both Chinese and expatriates alike, Sino-Exchange was founded. Not to create higher-profits, but to fulfill a moral obligation to society, to contribute to the ongoing advancement of the Chinese dream, and to work towards the goal of improving the lives of the ‘People’.
而我并非独自一人。这些年来，我遇到了很多跟我一样的外籍人士，他们热爱中国，热爱中国人民，把这个伟大的国度作为他们的第二个家。中国梦给我们带来了很多机会，让我们的生活也更加美好。于是，就这样跟一群志同道合的人一起，“中外合作交流”成立了。我们不寻求利益，而是希望能通过我们的一点点努力来回报这个社会，为中国梦的不断推进做出些许贡献，朝着更好的生活而奋斗。
