When you first arrive at Hua Quan Village, you will be greeted by the village staff who will help you check into your hotel room. As most guests have already been pre-registered, and their police registrations (for foreigners) have already been submitted ahead of time, your checkin process should be a quick one. Then once you have a chance to bring your bags off to your room we invite you to join us for a light wine and cheese social at AL Cafe.
当您第一次抵达华泉艺文休闲度假村时，村里的工作人员会帮你办理入住酒店的手续。由于大多数贵宾已经预先登记，并且他们的警察登记（针对非中国人）已经提前提交，所以您的办理登机手续应该很快。当您把行李安顿好后，我们邀请你加入我们，在AL咖啡馆进行一场葡萄酒和奶酪的宴会。

During this social event we encourage you to network with the other guests. We truly want this to be a pleasant and valuable networking opportunity for you. Therefore, we encourage all our participants to bring business cards with them to share with everyone. If you are planning exciting events at your school in the near future, please let people know. Post COVID we are all looking to reconnect with one another, and start the process of rebuilding our community and inter-school events. So if you are planning a robotics tournament, an arts festival, an inter-school sporting event or league, then we want you to let others know about these initiatives as many of us are looking at joining these kinds of events. Moreover, these are the kinds of fun and engaging activities that we want to see for our children as they learn to reconnect with long lost friends.
